PassTLC is an independent study-practice tool for the NYC TLC license exam. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission. Practicing with PassTLC does not guarantee you will pass the official exam.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Each account is limited to one signed-in device at a time; signing in from a new device may require approval, as described on the site.

Payment & refunds

Paid access is currently activated manually after you submit a Zelle payment confirmation and we verify it. Access periods and pricing are as displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Contact support for refund requests — refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable use

• Don't share your account or password with others — access is licensed to one person per account.
• Don't attempt to scrape, redistribute, or resell the question bank.
• Don't attempt to circumvent account security, including the device policy or rate limits.
