What you get, and what stays free
Practising is free every day and always will be — free sessions reset at midnight New York time. What paid access buys is the full exam simulation: the complete 80-question mock under the real 120-minute limit, with no daily session cap. The question bank and the explanations are the same either way; the difference is format, not secret material.
That matters at one specific point in your preparation. Pacing and concentration over 80 questions are skills, and they can only be rehearsed at full length. If you have never sat a complete timed test, exam day is where you find out whether you can — which is an expensive place to learn it.
Questions about paying
Do I have to pay to practise?
No. You can practise free every day without paying anything, and free sessions reset at midnight New York time. Paid access exists for the full-length timed mock exam and unlimited sessions.
What is the difference between credits and unlimited access?
A credit buys one full session — exactly the session an unlimited member gets. Unlimited access gives you those sessions for a fixed period instead of one at a time. Which is better depends on how close your exam date is.
Is paying by card safe?
Card details are entered on the payment provider's own checkout page, not on PassTLC — card numbers never reach our servers. Access is granted only after the provider confirms the payment, so a completed checkout and an activated account always match.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support and explain what happened. Refunds are handled case by case rather than by a blanket policy, and an unused purchase is a straightforward conversation.
