What to expect
Email is the fastest route and reaches the same person who runs the site. Please allow a working day for a reply — this is a small operation, not a call centre, and an honest answer is worth more than an instant one.
Reporting a problem with a question
If you think a practice question or its explanation is wrong, tell us and include the exact wording of the question, the answer you expected, and the subject area it came from. That is usually enough to find it and fix it the same day. Corrections from drivers who have recently sat the exam are the most useful messages we get.
Languages
You can write in English, Spanish or Bengali. Replies come back in the language you wrote in.
What we cannot help with
PassTLC is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission. We cannot check your application status, book or reschedule your exam, release your results, or advise on your licence. Those go to the TLC directly.
